Mexican Chocolate

For 4 servings:

3 cups milk (you can substitute any part with cream or even water)

1 teaspoon cinnamon

½ cup of dark chocolate

¼ cup of cocoa powder

3 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

a pinch of coarse salt

¼ teaspoon of hot pepper

1. Mix all ingredients except vanilla and chocolate and heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, until well heated but not boiled.

2. Add chocolate pieces and vanilla, stirring until the mass is solid.

If you want the drink to look like an authentic one, whisk it with a whisk or mixer.

3. You can serve it pouring in a shot of tequila, with whipped cream, cinnamon sticks, hot peppers, grated chocolate and so on. There are no limits to your fantasy!
